Description of Noland Health Services Financial Assistance Plan

Noland Health Services, Inc. is committed to providing charity care to persons who have healthcare needs and are uninsured, underinsured, ineligible for a government program, or otherwise unable to pay, for medically necessary care based on their individual financial situation. The granting of charity shall be based on an individualized determination of financial need.

The determination of financial need will be based on an assessment of the individual’s ability to pay which includes an application process, ineligibility for government programs, available assets, and income in relation to Federal Poverty Levels.

To apply for Charity care please print the Financial Need Application or pick one up at the facility. The completed application with applicable attachments should be mailed to:
